La casa, completamente ristrutturata nel 2006, si articola su due piani, ed è composta al piano terreno da un ampio soggiorno-pranzo con camino, dalla cucina e da un bagno. Al piano superiore si trovano due camere da letto doppie di cui una con finestra su via delle Conce, ed un altro bagno. Dal primo piano si accede ad un ampio soppalco, dove è situata la terza stanza da letto sempre doppia. Entrambi i bagni sono forniti di doccia, lavabo, vaso e bidet, phon; la cucina è dotata di frigo|freezer, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, piano cottura con quattro fuochi, forno elettrico, forno microonde. Tutta la casa è climatizzata caldo | freddo; dotata di riserva idrica e televisore, tv satellitare, lettore dvd, ferro da stiro. Massimo sei posti letto più eventuale lettino per bambini.

Wir vermieten ein Haus das sich in via delle Conce nahe am Fluss Temo befindet, ein historisches Gebaeude das einst zu den antiken Gerbereien gehoerte die heute unter Denkmalschutz stehen. Das Haus, 2006 vollrenoviert, hat zwei Stockwerke und besteht im Erdgeschoss aus einem weitraeumigen Ess-Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Kueche und Badezimmer. Im ersten Geschoss befinden sich zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, eines davon hat das Fenster auf via delle Concie und besitzt ein Bad. Vom ersten Stock fuert eine weitere Treppe hinauf auf eine Zwischenetage in Holz wo sich schliesslich ein weiteres Doppelbett befindet. Beide Baeder haben Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und Bidet. Die Kuche ist mit Kuhlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschiene, Spuehlmaschine, Abrichte mit Herd (4 Feuerstellen) und Backofen ausgeruestet. Das ganze Haus hat Klimaanlage (warm-kalt), Wasserreservoir und Fernseher. Maximal sechs Betten, eventuell Kinderbett.
